🚫Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of this dental product, we cannot accept returns for refund on used or opened packages unless the item is defective.

SoftBrace strips are an oral product used inside the mouth. For the safety of all our customers, we strictly adhere to this sanitary policy.

✅Defective Items: 14-Day Guarantee

We stand behind our quality. If you receive a defective unit, we will replace it free of charge or offer a refund within 14 days of delivery.

What Qualifies as "Defective"?

  • Thickness Deviations: Our standard fabricated thickness is 1mm. Strips are considered defective if they deviate more than 0.5mm (too thick or too flimsy) due to silicone distribution issues.
  • Seal Failure: Evidence of improper heating/sealing of the package (e.g., bottom seal open).

📸How to Request a Replacement/Refund

Success Tip: You do NOT need to mail the strips back to us.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Order History.
  2. Click "Report Issue" next to your order.
  3. Provide a clear photo showing the defect (e.g., showing the seal or thickness against a ruler).
  4. Select your preference: Free Replacement Pack (Faster) or Refund.

While I strive for perfection, this is 'Version 1.0' and very rare quality variances can happen during my manual inspections.
